At Get Fluffed, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality cluster eyelashes. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) while ensuring the highest health and safety standards for our customers.

Hygiene and Safety Guarantee

Because our products are applied directly to the sensitive eye area, strict hygiene rules apply. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any eyelashes or lash adhesives that have been opened, removed from their original packaging, or used.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your items arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the description on our website.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Do not attempt to use the faulty product, as this may void your ability to claim a return.

Change of Mind

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer returns under the following strict conditions:

• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The items are in their original, unopened, and resalable condition with all safety seals intact.

• The customer covers the cost of return shipping.

4. Ship the Item	Send the approved items back to us.	We highly recommend using a tracked courier service. Get Fluffed is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
